This beautiful pinwheel quilt, made by Karen, is just so happy!
She asked for an all over design in the center and then wanted something different in the borders.
I did a freehand all-over swirl border in the center, a swirl border design in the dark blue border and a feather design in the light blue.
The back is all white, but the dappled sunshine makes it look...interesting.
She asked me to bind it with a pretty gingham on the bias. And below is the quilt on its bed, looking fabulous!
