A group of friends made “matching” quilts together. I put the word “matching” in quotes because the pattern they used, called “Ruffled Roses” by Sue Garman, is the same, and the color scheme is very close, at least for the first two I’ve quilted.
At first glance I assumed they were exactly the same, but as I examined closely, I found subtle differences. If you want to see Phyllis's quilt, click here.

Sue wanted her quilt quilted just like her friend’s, but with her permission I made a few minor changes that I felt fit her particular quilt better.
I used Glide/Glide 60 Cool Gray 3 thread. All hand driven quilting with either rulers or freehand.
And there it is! Great quilt, Sue!
