Bright Scrappy Stars Quilt for Guild

This charity quilt I quilted for my quilt guild was screaming for some custom quilting. (How many times can you use the word "quilt" in a sentence?)

I used White Glide thread and did free-motion as well as ruler work.

Another Veteran Quilt by Elaine

Elaine made another quilt to keep a veteran warm.

I free-motion quilted loops and stars on it with navy Glide thread.

The texture shows up really well on the back.

Scrappy 9-Patch with HST for Refugees

My sister, Emerald, made this scrappy charity quilt. I had some fun with with different 9-patch designs (free-hand and ruler work), then filled in the borders with freehand wishbone and ribbon candy designs.

I used Candy Apple Glide and Glide 60 thread on front and back respectively. Below you see the scrappy back she made.
