Long Arm Quilting/ Sewing or Quilting Lessons / Custom Made Items
I am a long arm quilter with rates starting at $.018/square inch. Most edge to edge designs are $.021/square inch. My prices include set up, thread, needles, etc. I make commissioned quilts with rates at $20/hour.
I also teach Private Sewing Lessons in the St. Louis area. Cost is $50/hour.

Quilt of Valor - Central Scrappy Star


I was contacted by a lady who needed 2 Quilts of Valor made for her husband and brother, both veterans of Viet Nam. After 3 weeks of consulting and shopping, I began. This one is for her husband. The pattern is based off Primitive Gatherings' Outlander Star but I just zoomed in on the center portion.


The quilting pantograph is called "From the Heart" by Urban Elementz which have the words, "Honor, bravery, courage, valor" repeated all over.



She gave me her leftover fabric, which had enough to put together another star, so at some point, I'll have another quilt with a similar central star.
